  10 The OpenSSL Project is a collaborative effort to develop a robust,

  15 Layer Security</a> (TLS v1) protocols as well as a full-strength general
  16 purpose cryptography library.
  17 The project is managed by a worldwide community of volunteers that
  18 use the Internet to communicate, plan, and develop the OpenSSL toolkit and its
  19 related documentation.

  27 commercial and non-commercial purposes subject to some simple license
