515 OpenSSL's internal write buffer to become incorrectly set to NULL when
516 using non-blocking IO. Typically, when the user application is using a
517 socket BIO for writing, this will only result in a failed connection.

527 The DTLSv1_listen function is intended to be stateless and processes the
528 initial ClientHello from many peers. It is common for user code to loop
529 over the call to DTLSv1_listen until a valid ClientHello is received with

531 that state is preserved in the SSL object from one invocation to the next
